FAOLAN
Age: 1 year
Gender: Female
Breeds: Australian cattle dog.Greyhound.Shetland Sheepdog
Pack: Country pack
Personality: Faolan’s name means wolf, and she well exceeds that expectation. Faolan can be prickly, and her personality changes constantly. One second, she can be seen helping out the pack, the next, seducing young males. Oh yes, she loves to be called sexy and doted upon. Her heart as of now belongs to no-one and she is looking for a badboy to call her own. Very opinionated, Faolan hates how males think that they own females as it is obviously the other way around. She decides when to give herself up to temptation, and when to bite back, and isn't one to be surpressed. She sticks up for herself, and although slim and sleek, she is an extremely powerful opponent, and is very fast. She can talk her way out of any situation, and she knows what to say to get what she wants, and once she sees that, she doesn't take no for an answer. Slut? Not exactly. It may seem like it, but really, Faolan has a much deeper side in which she can hold a steady conversation and outwit the wisest of dogs. She is young, and sometimes gets herself into... well.. sticky situations, usually because of her hotheaded temperment, but although she has a lot to learn, she has a lot to give too. Her heart can lead her head sometimes, but she knows where her paws are carrying her, and knows what she wants out of life. To live an honorable life, you must find yourself. To find yourself, you must examine who you are, who you are not, and who you strive to be. But why not have some fun along the way?
Appearance: Faolan has a slender, willowy build. Soft, velvety fur covers her body, turning from a deep, chocolatey brown on her head to a creamy white, speckled with darker spots of earth tones. The tip of her tail is the same brown, and she has a white mask covering part of her face, covering the muzzle, but narrowing as it goes up to avoid the deep, beautiful almond shaped eyes that are a fiery amber color, reminding one of dangerous molten lava when they have a certain glow. Faolan is a large dog in some ways, standing at about 31 inches if not a little more. Though her large size, she is truly elegant and fluid in all her movements, not really hinting toward being clumsy. She also has two large, extremely furry ears that rest fully perked 'pon her head. Her long, bushy tail falls close to the ground while having a slight curve to it.
History: She was born on the streets when her parents ran away from their awful show owner. Not being able to take the days they were forced through for every show. They didn't wish for their pups to go through the same thing but also knew how valuable she would be. She was raised and constantly being protected from bad things her parents thought would be bad for a growing pup. They raised her to see the positive side of things instead of being negative and growing up violent. She spent most of the time with her mother as her father always went out looking for food for them. She would play around in puddles right after it rained or settle for taking naps under the shade of a tree in the park. She watched as dogs with humans would walk around together as if nothing mattered.
She always wondered if the dogs ever wanted freedom or liked the life they already had on the end of a leash. One day when she was with her mother she noticed that her dad wasn't back yet. After her mother got concerned with her father's disappearance she told her to stay and she would look for her father. She waited patiently for her parents to come back for her but was growing a tad nervous as it took longer than expected. She stood up as the light sound of footsteps could be heard not too far off from her resting place in a small box in an alley. She had curiously tipped over the box and left it's protection to see who this unknown creature was. She didn't know that those footsteps belonged to the very human they had escaped, instead of her beloved parents.
When she rounded the corner of the alley she saw her parents with chains placed tightly around their necks and the hand of the human being attached to both. The man had looked over at her with a dark gaze and gave a grin as soon as he had seen the small pup. "I told you I would find him sooner or later you ungrateful dogs," he said in a sickening happy voice that made her tremble. He reached down to pick her up as he tried to reposes what he thought was rightfully his. She didn't even have to think twice as before she bit into the man's hand and started running as soon as the man had pulled back. She stopped mid-step to run back to her parents but only saw a shake of their heads before knowing she could do nothing. She took off as quickly as her small legs could take her and kept on until she noticed she had left the city limits.
She had wept for a few days before deciding she had no other choice but to keep on moving. It wasn't easy for a pup of 8 months to be wondering around but she was left with no choice. It took a few days but he had successfully made it to the next with all the energy she had. Now looking to join the country pack, Faolan wishes to begin a new life, forget the old, and start fresh.
